Home Interiors Wishlist
My last post was all about where I blog from, my somewhat lacking flair for interior design and if I’m honest, it shows exactly how mis-matched my taste really is. This one is about the stuff I want rather than the stuff I actually have as yay for wishlists and I haven’t done one for a while.

I love shopping for cute bits and pieces for my flat. I don’t do it that often as it’s very much a treat – you can justify a new dress with an occasion but if anyone has an excuse to justify a Yankee candle other than ‘it smells nice’, please share, as I always struggle.

When it comes to home stuff, my flat isn’t particularly original – we’re talking a lot of motivational quotes, scatter cushions and (of course) candles. But it’s all very 'me', hits a fair few on the lifestyle bloggers checklist and gives visitors something to have a nosy at.

But anyway, enough about what I already have, this little list is a few bits that I’ve seen recently that I absolutely LOVE and may well treat myself to on payday.

I've wanted one of these for far too long, even though I have a million mugs already and still only drink out of one of them. I think it would make cups of tea that little bit more instagrammable and it would look lovely next to my laptop as I write blog posts. See why I struggle to justify buying home stuff?

I’m starting to sense a theme here, but I’ve also wanted a letter cushion for ages. When I was looking at these this morning, I started to have a tiny bit of an identity crisis as would I get L for Lizi or E for Elizabeth?! Everyone knows me as Lizi, I only get called Elizabeth when I’m in trouble, but the letter E just seems to look nicer. Thoughts?

You may have noticed that I have a thing for candles as I mention them every 5 minutes on here and Instagram them at least twice a week. I’ve wanted a lantern for ages as they just look so pretty and it could sit on the floor next to my TV with a creamy pillar candle in it and look amazing.

This pendant is so pretty and sparkly and I absolutely love it. It’s one of those things that looks a bit more expensive than it is (£19.99) and it would look PERFECT in my bedroom. My current light shade is a really drab brown suede one that came with that flat and I’m pretty sure it blocks half the light so this would be an ideal replacement.

So that's my home interiors wishlist (that is actually quite short for once!). What are you lusting after for your home at the moment?

  1. That candle is lovely x

  2. I do like the look of the letter 'E'! Very cute :) That light shade is so glam! Love it :)
