Slimming World Cheeseburgers
Most people who know me well know that I’m not one for cooking. At all. We’re talking 3 years at university eating every variation of pasta and chicken that there is!

But as I’ve cooked something half decent, I thought I’d share!

I made burgers (no, nothing groundbreaking but hey, start slow) which are Slimming World friendly.

For this recipe you will need:

6x Light Babybels
6x Rashers of lean bacon (fat cut off)
600g of Extra Lean Beef Mince (5% fat or less)
1x Onion (diced)
1x Egg
Salad to serve with (remember to syn any dressings!)

And here’s how I did it:

Mix the mince, diced onion and egg together with your hands.

Wrap the cheese in bacon (the cheese is a healthy extra).

Pat the mince mixture around the wrapped cheese into a patty.

Cook for 35mins on Gas Mark 7 and serve with salad.

You can put your burgers into buns if you’d like (1x wholemeal bun is a healthy extra any more can be syned).

See? Easy peasy.
