Judy's Affordable Vintage Fair - Leeds Corn Exchange

Judy's Affordable Vintage Leeds Happy 1st December! Yes, I was VERY excited to open my Advent calendar this morning!

Today, I made a trip to Leeds to see my lovely uni friend Hazel and we went to Leeds Corn Exchange for a meander around a Vintage Fair that was being held there. As a venue, it is absolutely stunning. The building is Victorian and Grade 1 listed – I don’t know much about architecture technical speak but the circular layout allows for a variety of one off businesses to have small shops with visitors being drawn in by the unique selling point and calming atmosphere. Apart from today when it was manically busy and full of pop up stalls selling a variety of vintage items – from clothing to homeware.

Vintage fairs in general are a fantastic opportunity to people watch and even better for bloggers to take some snaps of shoppers and stall holders alike. As it happens, the first lady (on the right) I approached was the manager of Judy’s Affordable Vintage Fairs who had put on the fair. I loved her styling but I was drawn to them both because I loved their glasses – it’s refreshing to see people using glasses as an accessory rather than going straight to contact lenses.
Click on the links below to see if there is going to be a vintage fair near you - everyone loves to get a one off quirky piece at a reasonable price!

Here are a few more photos of stall holders and customers, enjoy J

And I just loved this girl's outfit enough to take a photo!
